In this topic, we'll show you how to create Earned Value Reports for projects.

1. Click on the Apps icon located on the top right corner of the Builderbox screen.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the Reports. You will be redirected to the Reports page.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on Select Project drop down and select a project.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click on Select Report Type drop down and select Earned Value Report.
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. Enter a title for the Earned Value Report.
   
     
   
   
6. Select the check boxes next to the other relevant information that you want to include in your report.
   
     
   
   
7. Click on the Print Report button.
   
   
   
   
8. A report will be created and posted under Reports module in a printer friendly PDF file format.
   
   
9. To view the report, click on the here link.
   
   
   
     
   
   
10. You can also click on the Reports link. In that case you will be redirected to the Earned Value Reports page. All the Earned Value Reports will be posted here.
