In this topic, we'll show you how to approve and add the Used Material logs reported using the Daily Journal module.

1. Click on the Material Management module from the left navigation.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on Use Dashboard.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the Use Material category and select Material Log From Field from the drop-down.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Approve & Add to Master Database icon located next to the material name.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the Yes button. The Used Material log will be added to the Master Database (of the Material Management module)
   
   
   
   
6. Click on the Reject icon located next to the material name.
   
   
   
   
7. Click on the Yes button. The Used Material log will not be added to the Master Database (of the Material Management module).
