In this topic, we'll show you how to add and approve the Used Equipment logs reported using the Daily Journal module.

1. Click on the Equipment Management module from the left navigation.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on Use Dashboard.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the Use Equipment category and select Equipment Log From Field from the drop-down.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Approve & Add to Master Database icon located next to the Equipment name.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the Yes button. The Equipment Use log will be added to the Master Database (of Equipment Management module).
   
   
   
   
6. Click on the Reject icon located next to the Equipment name.
   
   
   
   
7. Click on the Yes button. The Equipment Use log will not be added to the Master  Database (of Equipment Management module).
