In this topic, we'll show you how to approve and add the equipment deliveries reported using the Daily Journal module.

1. Click on the Equipment Management module from the left navigation.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on Equipment Delivery Dashboard.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the Equipment Delivery category and select Equipment Log From Field from the drop-down.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Approve & Add to Master Database icon located next to the Equipment name.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the Yes button. The Equipment Delivery will be added to the master database (of Equipment Management module).
   
   
   
   
6. Click on the Reject icon located next to the Equipment name.
   
   
   
   
7. Click on the Yes button. The Equipment Delivery will not be added to the master database (of Equipment Management module).
