Edit Risk Management Items

In this topic, we'll show you how to edit the Risk Management Items.
  1. Click on the Risk Management module from the left navigation.



  2. Click on the Actions menu located next to the Risk Management Item ID.



  3. Click on the Edit option.



  4. Click on the Title text box and change the Risk Management Item’s title.



  5. Click on the Probability(%) field and change the probability.



  6. Click on the Impact drop-down and change the Impact type from the drop-down list.



      

  7. Click on the Due Date field and select a date from the calendar.



  8. Click on the Assignee text box and update the assignee.





  9. Click on the Attach Files drop down.



  10. Select the Attach From Computer option and select the files that you want to attach with the Risk Item.
    Note: You can also attach files from other cloud file storage services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, ShareFile or One Drive. When you choose to attach files from a cloud service the system will ask for your permission to connect with the file storage service of your choice.



  11. Click on the Update button.



  12. Click on the OK button and the Risk Management Item will be updated successfully.
