In this topic, we'll show you how to cancel your Builderbox subscription.

1. Click on the profile image located on the top right corner of the Builderbox screen.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on My Account.
   
   
   
   
3. Scroll down on the page and then click on the Cancel My Subscription link.
   
   
   
   
4. An alert, asking your permission to cancel the subscription will show up. Click on the I want to cancel Builderbox account button.
   
   
   
   
5. Answer the exit survey questions and then click on the I want to cancel Builderbox account button to cancel your subscription.
   Note: Please note that canceling your subscription means you are taking off billing immediately and you won't be charged again. Your account will remain open until the end of your billing cycle, after that your account will be automatically closed and you will not be able to log in again.
   
   
   
   
     
   
6. Following the cancellation process, your subscription will be canceled.
