Send Reminders

In this topic, we'll show you how to send reminders. This feature will help you send reminders to assignees and others so you can get the documents and information on time.

  1. Click on the Requests For Information module from the left navigation.

  2. Click on the Actions menu drop-down located next to the RFI No.

  3. Click on Send Reminder.

  4. Assignees will be added by default to the receivers list. If you want to send reminder to others who are not part of your project on the Builderbox platform, enter their email addresses in the Email Address input box and hit Enter/Return key on your keyboard.

  5. Enter a message in the Message box and then click on the Send button.

  6. The reminder email will be sent successfully.
