Delete & Restore Payments (Received)

In this topic, we'll show you how to delete and restore Payment Receipts.

From the Payment Received Dashboard

Delete Payment

  1. Click on the Payments module from the left navigation.



  2. Click on Payment Received.



  3. Click on the Actions menu drop-down located next to the Payment Received ID.



  4. Click on the Delete icon.



  5. Click on the Yes button.



  6. The Payment will be successfully deleted.

Restore Payment

  1. To restore the deleted Payments, click on the Payment Received category drop down.



  2. Click on Trash.
    Note: All the deleted Payments will be listed here.



  3. Click on the Actions menu drop-down located next to the Payment Received ID.

     

  4. Click on the Restore icon.



  5. Click on the Yes button.



  6. The Payment will be successfully restored.
