Delete & Restore Payments (Received)
In this topic, we'll show you how to delete and restore Payment Receipts.
From the Payment Received Dashboard
Delete Payment
- Click on the Payments module from the left
navigation.
- Click on Payment Received.
- Click on the Actions menu drop-down located next to the Payment Received ID.
- Click on the Delete icon.
- Click on the Yes button.
- The Payment will be successfully deleted.
Restore Payment
- To restore the deleted Payments, click on the Payment Received category drop down.
- Click on Trash.
Note: All the deleted Payments will be listed here. - Click on the Actions menu drop-down located next to the Payment Received ID.
- Click on the Restore icon.
- Click on the Yes button.
- The Payment will be successfully restored.
