Make Notes, Capture Photos and Manage Issues Using Your Mobile Device on the Job Site

To start using Builderbox on your mobile device-

  1. Download Builderbox Field App from here. You can also open the mobile app by simply opening the following link on your mobile browser- https://m.app.builderbox.io

  2. Sign In with your Builderbox User ID and Password.



  3. Click on the Menu icon (located on the top left corner of the screen).

      

  4. Click on Projects and select a Project from the list.



      
     
  5. Click on the Menu icon (located on the top left corner of the screen).

      

  6. Select Job Walk from the left menu.

      

  7. Click on the plus "+" button (located on the bottom right corner of the screen).



  8. Add notes, observations and issues; add photos, videos or audio and hit Save and Close button.



Builderbox will notify the assignees. It will organize your information in a well formatted and easy to use interface on web.

Now when you are in the office, and you need a report that you can submit to the client, just open your desktop computer and Sign In to Builderbox web app from here. Go to the Job Walk page and generate a well formatted report, ready to go.
