Make Notes, Capture Photos and Manage Issues Using Your Mobile Device on the Job Site
To start using Builderbox on your mobile device-
- Download Builderbox Field App from here. You can also open the mobile app by simply opening the following link on your mobile browser- https://m.app.builderbox.io
- Sign In with your Builderbox User ID and Password.
- Click on the Menu icon (located on the top left corner of the screen).
- Click on Projects and select a Project from the list.
- Click on the Menu icon (located on the top left corner of the screen).
- Select Job Walk from the left menu.
- Click on the plus "+" button (located on the bottom right corner of the screen).
- Add notes, observations and issues; add photos, videos or audio and hit Save and Close button.
Builderbox will notify the assignees. It will organize your information in a well formatted and easy to use interface on web.
Now when you are in the office, and you need a report that you can submit to the client, just open your desktop computer and Sign In to Builderbox web app from here. Go to the Job Walk page and generate a well formatted report, ready to go.
