In this topic, we'll show you how to archive and restore the job walk items. You can use this feature to archive closed Job Walk items and later restore them.

From the Job Walk Page  

1. Click on Job Walk module from the left navigation.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the Job Walk items category list and select All Items category.
   
   
   
     
   
   
3. Click on the Archive drop-down.
   
     
   
   
4. Click on Archive closed job walk items from the drop-down.
   
     
    
5. All closed Job Walk Items will be hidden from the list.
   
     
   
6. Click on the Show archived job walk items from the drop-down.
   
     
   
   
7. All closed the achieved Job Walk items will be shown in the list.
