In this topic, we'll show you how to perform activity readiness analysis.

1. Click on the Schedule module from the left navigation.
   
    
   
   
2. Click on Published Project Plan from the drop-down list.
   
   
   
   
3. Right click on the activity, that you want to perform readiness analysis for.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on Readiness Analysis from the actions list.
   
   
   
   
5. A set of charts will show on toggle window based the information available in the Project Plan. Select the Material Readiness pie graph.
   
   
   
   
6. It will show the Material Readiness status. There will be details about the availability of material in the inventory pulled from Builderbox Resources.
   
   
   
   
7. Follow the same procedure for all charts and you will get the readiness status of the activity.
