Mark Messages as Read

1. Click on the Apps icon located on the top right corner of the Builderbox screen.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on Messages.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the checkboxes located next to the messages that you want to mark as read.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Actions drop down.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the Mark as read action from the drop down list.
   
   
   
   
6. The Selected messages will be marked as read.
   
   
   

Mask Messages as Unread

1. Select the checkboxes located next to the messages that you want to mark as unread.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the Actions drop down.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the Mark as unread action from the drop down list.
   
   
   
   
4. Selected messages will be marked as unread.
   
   
   
   

Mask Messages as Important

1. Select the checkboxes located next to the messages that you want to mark as important.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the Actions drop down.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the Mark as important action from the drop down list.
   
   
   
   
4. The selected messages will be added to important list successfully.
