Delete & Restore Payments (Issued)

In this topic, we'll show you how to delete and restore Payment Receipts.

From the Payment Issued Dashboard

Delete Payment

  1. Click on the Payments module from the left navigation.



  2. Click on Payment Issued.



  3. Click on the Actions menu drop-down located next to the Payment Issued ID.

      

  4. Click on the Delete icon.

      

  5. Click on the Yes button.



  6. The Payment will be successfully deleted.

Restore Payment

  1. To restore the deleted Payments click on the Payment Issued category drop down.



  2. Click on Trash.
    Note: All the deleted Payments will be listed here.



  3. Click on the Actions menu drop-down located next to the Payment Issued ID.

        

  4. Click on the Restore.



  5. Click on the Yes button. The Payment will be successfully restored.
