Transmittals Reminders Settings

In this topic, we'll show you how to setup an automated reminder for the assignees in the Transmittals module. When you select this option, the Transmittal assignees will be reminded for the due Transmittals on the Required Dates. Reminder emails and in-app notifications will be sent to the assignees based on their Notifications Settings.

From the Transmittals Dashboard

  1.   Click on the Transmittals module from the left navigation.

       

  2. Click on the Settings button.

      

  3. Click on the Reminder tab on the Transmittal Settings page.



  4. Select the check box located next to the Reminder option.



  5. The Reminder Settings will be saved.
