Create Progress Report

In this topic, we'll show you how to create progress reports in the Published Project Plan module.

  1. Click on the Schedule module from the left navigation.

  2. Click on Published Project Plan from the drop-down list.

  3. Click on the Create Report button.

  4. You can create three types of reports- 1) Week Wise – This report will include only those activities that were reported in selected work week of the year; 2) All (up to date) – This report will include all activities that were reported up to the current date; 3) Period Wise – This report will include all the activities that were reported within the selected period. You can also filter activities by Company, Assignee and Discipline for your report. Let’s select the Week Wise report type for our example and also let’s select Week No. 16 of the year 2016. Click on the View Report button.

  5. All the activities will be listed on the screen.

  6. Click on the Create Report button.

  7. Enter a title for your report in the Report Title field.

  8. Check/uncheck boxes to include/exclude certain information in your report.

  9. Click on the Print Report button.

  10. Click on the here link. The report will be opened in a new tab in the PDF file format.


  11. You can also click on the Reports link. In that case, you will be redirected to the Reports page where all Published Project Plan module reports will be listed.
