Manage Project Contacts

In this topic, we'll show you how to manage project contacts.

Add Project Contacts
  1. Click on the Apps icon located on the top right corner of the Builderbox screen.


     
  2. Click on Contacts.



  3. Click on the Add Contact drop down and click on the Add New Project Contact option from the drop down list.



      
     
  4. Click on Select Project drop down and select a project.

      

      

  5. Enter the First Name and the Last Name in the First Name and Last Name text boxes respectively.



  6. Enter the email address in the Email text box.

      

  7. Enter the other relevant contact information and then click on the Add button.

      

  8. Click on the OK button when prompted. The contact will be added successfully.



Edit Project Contacts
You can edit the project contacts by following these steps.
  1. Click on Select Project drop down and select a project.





  2. Click on the Edit icon.



  3. Update the contact information and then click on the Save button.



  4. Click on the OK button when prompted. The contact details will be updated successfully.


Remove Project Contacts
You can remove the project contacts by following these steps.
  1. Click on the Delete icon.



    An alert, asking your permission to remove the contact, will pop up.

  2. Click on the Yes button.



  3. The contact will be successfully deleted.
